[Job Requirements]

Position:Full-time Piano Teacher

Nationality:Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, or other eligible countries 

Age:25–60 years old 

Gender:Not specified

Location:The location will be arranged in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or Changzhou, Jiangsu Province (specific city to be determined based on the candidate's preference and the institution's development needs)

Experience:Minimum 2 years of verifiable work experience in the music industry

Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Piano Performance (Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred).  Priority given to candidates who have placed within the top 5 in international piano competitions.

Language: Proficiency in both English and Chinese for teaching purposes. 

[Salary & Benefits]

1.Contract & Insurance:A 2-year employment contract will be signed upon work visa approval. Social insurance equivalent to Chinese employees, supplemented by additional accident insurance 

2.Accommodation:Provided with a 30–60 m²apartment near the assigned campus (within 5 km).  Alternatively, housing subsidy equivalent to local rental standards for self-arranged accommodation. If the teacher chooses to rent a higher-standard accommodation, the difference in cost will be borne by the teacher.

3.Language Support:On-site translation provided for classes. Higher hourly rates for teachers proficient in Mandarin. 

4. Healthcare:Comprehensive health check-up at a Tier 3A hospital. 

5. Working Hours:

Probation period: Office hours.

Post-probation: Flexible schedule based on class arrangements (Tuesday–Sunday, Monday off). 

6. Salary Structure:

n  Months 1–3: Fixed base salary (RMB 10,000–15,000/month, determined by experience and qualifications). 

n  From Month 4: Salary calculated by class hours. 

n  Monthly class load: 60–150 sessions (adjusted based on teaching capacity and experience).

n  Total monthly income:RMB 10,000–30,000 (varies by expertise and performance). 

[Job Responsibilities]

1.Deliver professional piano instruction to Chinese teachers under the school’s framework and undergo satisfaction evaluations. 

2.Teach students aged 5–16 in structured classes and participate in student satisfaction surveys. 

3.Collaborate with the school group and campus to organize concerts, educational seminars, admissions events, large-scale tours, and commercial performances. 

4.Actively engage in annual celebrations, team-building activities, and faculty events organized by the school.

[Work Locations]

1.Primary Cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or Changzhou (Jiangsu Province). Occasional travel for performances or exchanges may be required. 

2.Travel Support: Transportation and accommodation provided for assignments in other cities.
